Community Pathway

Our Community Pathway is delivered in partnership with our rural primary schools, which act as trusted community spaces beyond the school day. By rooting activity in these familiar settings, we reduce barriers of distance, cost and confidence, ensuring families can access provision locally and consistently. From Mini Music and Singing for Maternal Wellbeing to Community Choir and intergenerational projects, sessions are shaped by local need and open to all. Participants share their work through informal community performances and wider cultural events, ensuring rural voices are visible within the broader cultural landscape and not excluded from it.

We Provide

MATERNAL WELLBEING PILOT
Piloted in partnership with Singing Mamas, this programme supports maternal wellbeing through group singing, creating safe, connected spaces for pregnant women and new mothers experiencing postnatal depression and anxiety

MINI MUSIC (0-4yr olds)
Mini Music is our weekly early years session for babies and children aged 0–4 and their carers, using singing, movement and playful musicianship to support bonding, early development and connection in rural communities

COMMUNITY CHOIR
Our Community Choir is an open, inclusive weekly singing group for adults and young people, bringing people together to sing high-quality repertoire, build confidence and strengthen connection across our rural communities

PERFORMANCES
Participants perform in community settings and professional venues, working alongside professional musicians and ensembles, ensuring they see themselves represented and valued on those stages
