Morabe Rural Music is an independent, non-profit endeavour. We receive no funding from the government or any local authority. The impact of our long term ambitions and current programmes are entirely reliant on private donations, foundation grants and the extraordinary goodwill of our supporters.

  • Bursaries for 1:1 lessons

  • The hire of professional spaces and musicians for annual performances

  • Purchase and upkeep of instruments

  • String Experience classes for all children

  • Whole class djembe drumming

  • Mini music sessions for 0-5 years and their adults

  • Music therapy sessions for children and families with additional needs

  • Community choir. Performances in the community e.g at local care homes
